Executive Director Sushama Khillare
Sushama an Executive Director, has wish for society which create equal opportunities for everyone. Sushama Khillare is the Head of Happy Project at NSVK, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from the University of Mumbai, she pursued Social Entrepreneurship from SIES, Nerul, Diploma in Social Engineering from NSVK. Sushama has also been a part of "Salokha", a training program based on communal harmony at Nirmala Niketan College of Social Work, Mumbai and she has contributed in the social service sector for the past 15 years. - Executive Director : All Projects

Project Leader Prabhawati Kamble
Prabhawati is the Head of Umang Project at NSVK, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Master's Degree in Social Work(MSW) from Tilak University of Pune. She pursued Social Entrepreneurship from SIES, Nerul. Prabhawati has been in the social service sector for the past 10 years. - Head : Project Umang
Project Leader Shilpa Kamble
Shilpa Kamble is the Head of Tuberculosis Control Project at NSVK, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from the University of Mumbai, shepursued Social Entrepreneurship from SIES,Nerul, Diploma in Social Engineering from NSVK. Shilpa has also been a part of "Salokha", a training program based on communal harmony at Nirmala Niketan College of Social Work, Mumbai and she has been in the social service sector for 13 years. - Head : Tuberculosis Control Project
